LIVING LIKE NOT AN ANGEL

No one can claim in this world as righteous man.Everyone commits mistake and sinned to God. Everyone has his own idiosyncrasies. Everyone therefore is a sinner.Being a priest or a pastor or even a contemplative member of a congregation is not a guarantee of being free from sins. The question is …who is not a sinner?...the answer is ..NONE. The least that we can do to become a better person is to commit least wrongful act against fellow men, or against other creations of God and GoD.
As imperfect creature, man is prone to temptations. He has conscience to analyze and judge his own act but due to his limitations, his conscience may even failed to grasp what is moral and immoral. Hence,we cannot evade committing sins. In the modern world, there are many people who presumed to be religious or even assuming as a trustee of God but sad to say many of them are doing the contrast in real life. There are even people of the church who are very cheerful and doing lengthy sermon in the funeral and wedding ceremonies for wealthy people but for the poor members of the church, a 5-minute sermon is enough and a 1- second blessing of water will do. Do you attend mass? Please observe…ordinary people are seldom given the chance to read the bible as lector during the mass or offer the bread and wine. It is always the middle class, the popular, the politicians and the educated who do the honor. Are they the most holy one? Or morally upright? Or the most chosen one? Is it the norm of morality?. Here is one ordinary person. He does not attend mass every Sunday but he is dedicated as family man. He is working hard with very minimal pay. He is eating with simple meal but together with the family. He is helping the needy by giving his time and efforts. He is true to his neighbor. He does not cheat and even return a lost and found bag. He sometimes do a quarrel with his wife.He even had an enemy but ask forgiveness from God. Could he enter in the kingdom of God?...Maybe yes…more possible than those who are always kneeling at the front of the altar and or attending mass everyday or doing a bible study everyday but lack witnessing. We may not live like an angel but as long as we try our best following ETERNAL law, we will always have the chance to be in GOD’S kingdom.
